| ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR |
| WHO AM I TO THINK THAT I COULD TEACH YOU ANYTHING, ANYWAY? MY BACKGROUND: Graduated with a degree in Electronics and software design when there were fewer than 1000 computers in the whole world. (yup-I'm OLD!) LUCKY ME! Wrote a lot of software in the mid 80's to early 90's for the 'new' micro-computer market. Have held various positions requiring a high degree of technical understanding. Been wealthy (Real Estate Investor), and not-so-wealthy (Electrician); now I am 'comfortable'(Forex Trader). While most folks with a background like this are not so sociable, I have always had lots of close friends, a good sense of humor, and enjoy volunteering at charitable community events and such. I am active in my church, and enjoy a good party as much as the next guy, too. I realized a long time ago that no one knows everything about anything! Some know more than others, some know more than most, some think they know it all, and in the end, it is up to each of us to decide who we are going to learn what from. My students seem to like what I have to teach. FOREX EXPERIENCE: I discovered the Forex in Jan 2002, and have been learning, exploring and testing strategies ever since. (And, yes, I have made and lost money in the process.) Early in April 2006, I developed a technology of my own that works. While trying to share that technology with others, I realized how much many people NEEDED to know about first, before they could implement it. I decided to compile a no-nonsense curriculum that covers all the basics and would 'fill in the gaps' of their Forex understanding. I would like to prevent others from making some of the same mistakes I've seen made by myself and other traders if they only knew. I decided that while I sure didn't know it all, I had some valuable, needed knowledge to share. SO I EMBARKED UPON TEACHING AND....... MY CREDIBILITY? A) I guess my 'greatest claim to fame' is that the technology I've developed hasn't let anybody down yet. (I am pretty confident that it won't, but I realize that nothing is perfect; and if that day ever comes, the techniques to handle that are in place anyway.) B) I trade. Every day (if the market is 'ready'). I publish my trades. C) I know that I know what I know, am wise enough to realize when I don't know, and honest enough to say so. (But I can usually find out or figure out whatever it is I do need to know!) D) I will not ever attempt to tell you that the market is going up or down, I don't know that (and neither does anybody else, I don't care how many times they have 'guessed' right in the past). E) While it might be easier to sell/teach some folks if I had already made my million dollars in the Forex, and become FAMOUS; I have yet to, and I don't really care, either. I am doing just fine, thank you! F) I charge GOOD MONEY for what I teach; and I make sure my students GET THEIR MONEY'S WORTH in terms of understanding, ongoing support, and TRADING RESULTS! (Otherwise I would not feel justified in charging what I do.) G) I have developed software that shows you how to do some amazing things, and can save your A**! H) I have seen all the 'smoke and mirrors' and bull**** out there in and about this industry. I don't like that. I decided that I could do something about it- SO I DID- and this is it. That about sums it up from me! Thanks for your interest! NOW GO TO THE COMMUNICATE PAGE AND COMMUNICATE! (or at least click on something!!!!) Dave |
